I thought that Dama saw Maggie when Maggie recognized her from the drawing. Dama looked up and looked like she saw her. The Croat thought he saw something but I don't think he saw her. I think he would have said something, he's a bit .. unhinged. He isn't as calculating and controlled as Dama, he flies off the handle more, like when he did at Kim Coate's suggestion of building a second Methane factory. That's why I don't think Dama said anything. She is more controlled. Croat would've been like OMG ! She's HERE !! and disrupt everything and start a war.
