2025-05-27 08:48:10 +0000 UTCIf you guys feel so inclined, it might be interesting to go check out a few pages of the original Fullmetal Alchemist manga which the anime is based off of. I don't think it's available to read online at the moment (or if it is, I can't track it down), but if you search "Fullmetal Alchemist manga" in Amazon, the first volume should pop up in the search results. You can then use Amazon's "read sample" feature to take a peek at the first few pages (no spoilers, since you've already seen the corresponding episodes). Many of the various animation quirks and gags you guys have taken notice of make a lot more sense once you see the story in its original comic format, so if you guys are curious about that, this might help to lend some more insight!
