The question is which squat variant should she do?
Option 1: 🔥 Mako Milking Squats

💪 Execution:
Starting Position – Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, legs spread just enough for optimal entry.
Descent – Lower into a full-depth squat, making sure to take it all at the bottom.
Squeeze & Hold – Once fully seated, contract around the shaft/dildo for a milking effect.
Controlled Rise – Slowly ascend while maintaining pressure, ensuring a steady, teasing withdrawal.
Repeat – Continue until drained (or exhaustion sets in).
