Nato and diplomacy in a world of conflict
Added 2019-11-12 09:42:39 +0000 UTCI was writing the script on "why I am a warhawk" and came to a realization. That being that the way I argued my case, merely invites people to come and try to pick holes.
So I deleted it all and decided to do something different.
I am going to try to present the realities of our geopolitical and diplomatic landscape around global conflicts as neutral and objective as possible, and simply present them.
I am curious to see what people watching this will conclude.

2019-11-12 15:52:16 +0000 UTCPeople both on the left and right have many valid motivations for being anti intervention, Simply put almost every western intervention in recent times has catatrosphically backfired, to literally planting the seeds of the refugee crisis which ironically is the gravest threat to the liberal order in europe, or the degredation of US politics to the mildir complex.
2019-11-12 15:24:55 +0000 UTCPeople will try to poke holes in any attempt to justify intervention. The default position on the internet is non-intervention. Right or left doesn't matter these people are either ignorant useful idiots or blatant dictator apologists. If you think going in this new direction will help get your message across better I'm all for that
