We are going to Ancient Greece

Specifically we will be confronting the romantic myth of Ancient Greece being an "ancient liberty" and show how it is actually untrue. Then we will use Ancient Athens as an example of how a tribal society evolves into a state society, through the creation of political insitutions and laws.
