I feel it has to do with a certain level of naughtiness....as a kid...Little Dice was naughty.l..but it was usual naughtiness...an acceptable level....but with these two being convicted of a crime with adult naughtiness on their record now regressed to kids....they are certainly on Krampus's radar.
