Dorothy/Walky EXPERTLY MOTION BLURRED, from the archives
Added 2024-10-08 15:52:14 +0000 UTCA few years after finishing the original artwork, I experimented with motion blurring portions of some images to see if I could create the illusion of motion. I basically copied the art, blurred it, placed it on top of the unblurred art, and erased parts that I thought would be moving less. It was an attempt! At something. Did it work? I don't even know. Sometimes the muse is like that, like when in like 2002 or thereabouts I spent exactly one month trying to add anime crosshatching over character's noses.
Anyway, this is generally about where I decided, hrmph, maybe I should just animate these for real. (not this one)
