ONE MORE UPDATE about the channel drama from last week

Hi all! I realized I didn't really update you on everything. I uploaded to the second channel as some of you may have noticed as sort of a "test" to see if YouTube would flag me down. Nothing happened. So, I posted the new reddit video on the main channel - and again nothing happened. So far so good. I even demonetized it thinking YouTube wouldn't like the topic and YouTube turned monetization back ON lol.
So basically, I was freaking out for no reason and also caused a ton of panic for no reason. I'm VERY sorry for causing such chaos. Like sincerely. In the moment, I truly and sincerely thought it was going to be bad. If you look at YouTube's policies...it says if one of your channels is terminated...they're ALL terminated. So I was rightfully freaking out - but lesson learned maybe I should have waited a few days before posting about it publicly. I'll know for next time (which will hopefully be never).
On that note - here's what we believe happened and why my main channel did not get taken down (knock on wood) - we think because that channel had no public videos on it, and it was a completely demonetized channel, the AI bots just took it down automatically. To actually terminate a fully monetized channel, a real hum from YouTube would need to review it and take it down. So we think it was just a bot that sensed "harmful" content, but since my main channel is completely clean, no strikes, no flags, it wasn't affected.

Imagine how it would have been if you hadn't expressed your concerns with the community and then been gone. I, for one, am glad you posted so many updates. Thanks for all the videos. I love 'em!

It seems like strikes and bans come from nowhere sometimes, and what some channels get away with, others are in the doghouse for. It would make my anxiety worse and I completely understand why you panicked. Hell I panicked and considered downloading all your videos (for my personal viewing, not for reposting - I didn't end up doing it though). I'm glad it's not worst case scenario. What a relief.
