Regarding Pixiv's Policy Update

As some of you may know already, there has been a policy update about pixiv's new rules that will be implemented started around this time next month. The details seems to be a bit a muddled in terms of what they imply moving forward but the current understanding I have is that specifically, more intense and risque sexual material will be banned from Fanbox/Booth systems, but not the pixiv galleries themselves. I've heard conflicting reports if it really does just affect AI art or all forms and if it applies to all galleries or just monetized galleries.

This is my current understanding of the situation, however, and given much of my workload, that presents a issue. As a result, I am tentivitely looking into other sites where I can continue to post and support my work on projects, whether it be full gallery or just for early releases and alts. If the situation changes between then and now I will be sure to inform you all accordingly. If things stay course with my current understanding, I'm unsure if the Fanbox will stay open, combined with this news, the value drop of yen in the last few months means the tiers cost are actually lower than advertized, and I've actually been getting paid half as much as I normally would. Since I can't change the cost of tiers after they're made, I just kind of dealt with it, but maintaining it while working under a very limited constrant of what i can post and share severly hurts my reasons to stay.

The current plan is this: I'll look into other sites to allow support for my work, currently thinking subscribestar might be a good choice since it allows for no censors and that saves me time in posting, and in the meantime I'll continue to post here as normal until the date a majority of my work is no longer allowed on FANBOX. I will still keep posting to pixiv if i am able, but it won't be an early release anymore. I will be sure to share what site i end up going with before then so anyone who wants to can follow me there.

TL/DR: My current understanding of the new rules being put in place means it's in my best interest to look into another place to monetize my content and I will be sure to inform you all when that happens. Until then, business as usual.
