She clearly wants to get lost in Lexi's flab, and I say we let her, maybe her and Cass can feed Lex at the same time! A dream sequence for Sarah would be quite unique, if she really wants to get lost in all that flab, maybe a voracious gal like Lexi would just swallow her whole ;) Top tier dialogue and flab and enormously sweaty women!! As always <3
