Magnets propelled to 1000 mph

We shoot these 12 ga magnets slugs to around 1400 fps and see if they effect compasses,  other magnets, etc.    Most ideas were suggested by viewers.

How did the 'propelling' experiment go? Demonitized instantly?

Mark Bowers

Here's to hoping that Youtube gets it's head out of its ass

Thomas Kilby

I love these videos, railgun or no railgun. Also, what MarkT said.

Anders Weidik Bendsen

or a cash register "cha-ching" sound.

Ryan Simpson

You said "projectile" once, they're going to demonetize it.

Mark Rittner

It's an experiment, guys. It doesn't mean Jeff, Danny and the OG are gonna quit doing bang bang stuff.... errrr, right Jeff? Hell, I'll take TFM any way I can get it, who am I kidding? Wait, hold on a minute - that WAS a Jeff sighting, wasn't it? Wonder if he's gonna start doing a "Hitchcock" (or ok, a Tarantino for you younguns) more? (I'd vote for that, too) -Ed on the Ridge

Be interesting to see what happens with this video!

LukeTheJoker

Great idea!

Oh my, a TaoFledermaus in the beginning, so rare to see you in all your glory beyond brief glimpses like a Hitchcockian cameo! Fascinating video, really interesting, though not overly suprising results. Now the elephant in the room. I get why you did all the changes, but sorry to say, I really don't like what YT made you do to your videos. In the end it doesn' change much, your channel is about the results of super sonic projectiles hitting stationary objects of any sort, but it still takes away some of the fun for me. Which doesn't mean I stop supporting you and the rest of your friends and shooters!

Kiono Hiemalis

Awesome video! If you do it again, maybe try to recover to projectile and see if it kept it's magnetic charge after been thrown that hard by a band of highly trained marmosets.

Science! 😏. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ˜Ž

For shot sounds please use quacks, barks, and moos in the next video.
