2019-09-04 12:39:03 +0000 UTCCool video, Jeff..!! Back in 1970, paper shells were still in vogue as trapshooters liked them because the recoil "felt softer". And those paper shells could be reloaded. Back in 1966, I recall reading about shotshell reloading where a great deal of attention was devoted to using the correct wad pressure to seat the wads and compress the powder. When the plastic wads came in, all that wad pressure stuff completely disappeared - it was no longer an issue. And that's when paper shells also disappeared. You've definitely got some throwback ammo there, and those are definitely collectible...I'd advise you not to shoot them as they are too important for their intrinsic collector's value...Any cartridge collector would love to have one of those in their cartridges.... 2019-09-01 17:03:58 +0000 UTC16 gauge is great for upland bird hunting, was shotgun of my choice for pheasant when lived in oregon 45 years ago, had a jc higgens single shot break action i mail ordered from sears &roebuck catalog, think i paid 11 dollars for it. Damm, them were the good old days. keep up the great vids guys. M K L
