The Enigma - Shock wave stabilized slug

Anyway, this is a strange homemade slug by Evan. It's quite light at around half an ounce or 16 grams. Instead of using spin, fins, drag, etc. for stabilization, it uses its own shock wave to keep the nose pointed forward. We definitely geek out in this video.
Naturally we used a 12ga to propel these but EVERY "homemade" slug video gets demonetized -UNLESS- we simply claim we aren't using a firearm in the video. I love the science of viewer created slugs and would hate to give up on the "you make it we mach it" series.

I just noticed it fits perfectly in a 12 gauge shotgun barrel and I know people that are sitting on thousands of these things so if there’s some use other than chucking them in the trash it would be nice

(Favorite for beer can racing) Thompson Contender w/10” .357 Max barrel, 157-180-210 grain slugs, 4x scoped for 200-300 yrds Thompson Contender 14” ported 45-70 Govt +P+ 325-525-680~grain slugs. (for long drives 200-400 yds), (Scoped for 300-600 yds). Ruger Mkii, recrowned, worked trigger, & 25mm red dot for putting. Working on a Ruger 10/22 22” stainless barrel in a Manlicher stock, with tru-glo globe front sight & Williams peep rail with the fiber ghost ring, & maybe a mid power scope to spot. Reactive targets are the best!
