Would it hurt getting shot while wearing a bullet-proof face mask?

HDPE, common stuff. What you have there is a very thick milk jug. YT is more likely to nail you for making jokes about masks than the link. I heard a great joke about the China virus, but there's a 99.98% chance you won't get it/

2020-12-12 03:59:52 +0000 UTCFor the protection it offers... It seems like it may be more dangerous. To have your field of view hindered and ability to breathe massively reduced. Yes a 45acp may not be able to penetrate it and you wouldn't be immediately killed by the bullet but it looks like you'll wish you were dead if you got hit by it. Not to mention that it would liquify your face. Hydrostatic shock can still be created even if a bullet isnt passing through your melon. I'd just rather be dead than a vegetable.
