Testing the Russian ANFEROV BULLET
Added 2021-07-24 01:24:04 +0000 UTCWe are back filming after a couple weeks of too-many reasons for not filming. We test out some Russian discarding sabot slugs, which were pretty tricky to get a decent powder load for. It was hard to find a compatible American powder for this one to function but we thought outside the box to make it work.

Oh, how you would use is to mix into the powder charge evenly dry. Or, why you just didn't use black powder in OG's new Beretta ! Army did this on some of the older Grenade rounds for the 40mm M203 and M79... I think the last round to use was in Frank Dindl's original Sponge Grenade Less Lethal 40mm the Army at Picatinny and Aberdeen developed in the late 1990s... but it caused so much fowling they went back so some double base... Marines hated the stuff.

I have not tried this but Ceramic microspheres may be just the ticket you are looking for, I could probably dig some up if I can remember where I put several barrels full... purchased for my mom for a household project.
