We also show the details of how it is just easier to find the RIGHT-sized projectile in the first place. We will be testing these soon, so stay tuned! 2022-07-26 07:49:41 +0000 UTCThey are still charged. I am hoping with the big support wad they will not prematurely rupture or leak. They're loaded to achieve around 1400 to 1500 feet/sec. so I doubt even if they leaked it would add much or any speed.

I knew someone (ahem) who took empty cartridges when he was a kid and made fireworks out of them. Makes me wonder if a primer could be mounted on the end, and... never mind, bad idea.

2022-07-23 09:19:17 +0000 UTCI wonder if the additional oxygen supplied by the NO2 would make a detonation - like a Tannerite explosion - more violent. You might have to put the Tannerite in a container strong enough to reliably rupture the capsule on impact, to cause the instantaneous intermixing. It's possible that the Tannerite explosion would do it, but a tad delayed - maybe even too late to affect the explosion. NO2 needs a combustible admixed to work; it's an oxidant, not a fuel. Well, a high-speed camera is just what is needed to resolve those issues . . .
