The design actually gives these slugs some surprising attributes such such as penetration and also expansion of the aerodynamic body. Very interesting to note that OG has replaceable arms - didn't know he was a cyborg - having changed since the test of the 9mm interceptor. I hope he keeps the same head, though - I'm too used to seeing it.
