Another fun suggestion from the tutorial poll this month ^_^ In this voice over tutorial I'll be talking and showing how to apply a soaked effect to all these 3 elements in 7-8 steps each. I also included some photo reference for this tutorial, bought from adobe stock :) As always, I encourage the use of reference for educational purposes.
