2017-07-12 13:32:44 +0000 UTCHello! She's often very busy and has a LOT of messages to go through so she may take a day or two, but she always replies eventually. On August 5th you will be charged for both terms of this month, after which she will message you with a dropbox link usually where you can download the rewards. You might be charged before the 5th but she usually waits until the 5th to make sure that everyone's pledges go through and nothing gets screwed up.
