So the 2 characters will be Yukari Yakumo and Kasen Ibaraki from Touhou Project For the tickle torture their feet could be behind a wall, sort of like a foot wall/trophy wall thing, and they could be mercilessly tickled with their footwear on the side. (You can add any other details you want)
