Yummy. I use a really hot cast iron with a little bit of butter or olive oil. Sear each side for a minute or so them throw them in under the broiler for about 7 minutes or so, still in the cast iron.

I use a big 5 liters pot, olive oil, excellent Block House Steak Pepper and burn it 3min with strong heat (pot closed, keep heat and steam inside). After that, keep the remaining heat inside for 6-7min or turn the beef around, if you like both sides crispy 😄 (perfect for apartments without exhaust air to outside)
