She was sentenced to probation (1 year), 75 hours of community service, and 6 months with ignition interlock device. She was fined $428. The charge of possession of cocaine, a 3rd degree felony, was dropped. [Edit: from the arrest report "During a search of the defendant's purse, incident to arrest, a medium size jewelry bag containing a white powdery substance was located within a zippered compartment of the purse. The white powdery substance was field tested in CBTU parking lot with a positive test result for cocaine (1 gram)." This must occur after the end of the bodycam video.]
