My idea is that it starts with either Fumine, Tsubaki, Touko or even Aki-chan is captured by the tentacles/insects along with their respective partners. Their partners are forced to watch as the tentacles/insects violates the girl in all of her holes and make her their seedbed depositing eggs alongside giving birth.
