Bela found out about the jackochallenge and couldn't resist repeating it. And she also couldn't resist testing the map that I put together for an animation dedicated to her mother.
Hello Everyone! Time for the traditional "Status Update" post I'll talk a little bit about the Lady D animation. Let's go!
Well, well, well. Let's start with the little things. First of all, all the edits on the models are already behind us. The first thing I did was fix Lady D's neck problem. For the first time in my life I worked with textures and did perhaps elementary work for many, but nevertheless it was the first time for me and an interesting first experience.

At first, I didn't even notice this line. Someone wrote about it, but I didn't even understand what he meant. Until someone already wrote to me in the DM about this strange line. This fixed. I also tried tying clothes to a character completely for the first time. And it didn't work out very well:). Now it is clear why many people avoid such long dresses as hers. There are a lot of problems with textures when she moves. But I do not plan for her to stay in this dress for a long time, so I will try to quickly, as I said earlier, save both me and her from this problem.

I also added some bones that I needed for animation to her and made approximate changes in the body. To make her look sexier(by my standards). So Lady D is fully pumped and ready to work. I may still change her during the animation until I determine its ideal image.
Now let's move on to the map. For the first time, I put together my own full-fledged scene in which the animation will take place. I think something will also change over time, but for now it looks like this.

Just now I saw that the fucking lamp from the left rubbed its textures, I will have to see what happened to them.


Initially, I thought to make something as similar as possible to the room where she and her daughters hung Ethan. But then I realized that I would need some elements in this room for animation that were not in game room, and I just did something remotely similar.
The light is something that I always change during the animation, so let's see how it will look in the final. And I will probably replace some furniture elements with more suitable for a big ass Lady D. And of course, optimization of this scene will definitely be missed. The scene turned out to be very resource-intensive. Perhaps I will make this map easier in parallel with creating the animation :) But as shown by preliminary tests with Bela and those scenes that I am working on now while my PC is coping.
In the intro, I decided to use all three daughters. And the first part of Intro, which I have already gradually rendered, very easily filled all 24 GB of my video memory. I didn't expect this :).

I think the intro will not be very long, something in the Ada Wong area may be smaller. But definitely not longer than the Aunt Cass.
Also for Intro, I used models of daughters from another author because unlike the model that I used to create a series of images with bela, those that I use have a slightly worse body, but there are outfits. :)

I think that I will soon start producing Short Reports as before. In the standard mode. I have already left all the preparations behind. And I bring to the end intro this animation.
While preparing this animation, I studied a lot of new small elements and now I am very interested to see how all of them will work in this animation. In particular, the collected map. I hope she doesn't blow up my PC.
