P4 Rise character and mod release

Rise is here!
The mods consists of:
The Outfit:
-The Uniform (Top)
-The Uniform Ribbon as a accessory
-The Earings
You can use Material editor on the uniform to remove the undershirt, the sleeves (Needs body alpha editing/removal!, and the skirt should you want to replace it with a different one. (The skirt was not a full mesh, so no separate slot for it).
She needs Evaan's mods for the hair and some outfits, get it here:

I replaced the textures, as always, but the difference is not as drastic.
