Harem in Another World Uncensor, 18+, Adult Patch

The easiest way to install the patch is directly from Steam. Scroll down on the steam page and find "Content for this game" and you should see the patch there. If you instead see "1 item has been excluded based on your preferences" you need to go to your store preference, and check the box which allows Adult only sexual content. Once the box is ticked you can reload the page and the DLC will be there. I've included some images of this in the attached instructional document.
If you are unable to install directly on steam then you can also download the patch and install it manually. You can download it here (Current for v0.93 and below)

Close the game if it’s open.
Download the file from the links. This will appear as a .rar file. A rar file is a container that you need to unpack. You need to use winrar/7zip to unpack the file.
Once unpacked you should see a folder with www and patch.txt
Then you need to find where Harem in another world is installed on your computer. By default it will be something like
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Harem in Another World
Now you want to take the www folder and the patch.txt file from the patch and copy them directly into this folder
Now just boot up the game and the patch should be installed
