New Character stand for Elsy

They didn't have them initially as they were planned to only play a smaller roles, but now I think of them both as part of the main roster. Here's a preview of what Elsy's will look like, you'll be able to see this when talking to her in her shop. When it's all ready and finalized I'll also add it to the appropriately named https://www.elsysemporium.co.uk
