Some say it is a bastion of hope for folks who’ve fallen victim to vile curses, malevolent spirits, and forcefully induced magical transformations. Others swear it’s a front for wicked sorcerers and alchemists to perform tortuous experiments or build an army of monsters and freaks guided by their Healing Hand (CR 4) servants. Maybe Saint Maledict’s Repose really is a horror show—or perhaps it’s just trying to help those that everyone else sees as a lost cause.
