I'm looking for ideas to revive the chracacter of the month system I used to have, so that's why before I post the official plan I want to read your opinions first

Maybe just slap some rules on character suggestions? Make sure they're always aged up? Or nothing too extreme? Idk, I'm not exactly the best with suggestions for these things.
