#2 pool phase , through voting the winning character will be decided, 1 vote per member of meep & moorp tier (In case of a tie or any contingency that arises, I will be in charge of presenting the winning character or characters), Here is a question for you, would you like that people outside the tiers vote for the character of the month?

I like the idea of an extra vote for members , and probably I gonna have to make this one public just to choose a character ;) the rest of the rules still apply off course
