The birth rate issue is economical and cultural. Hungary is reversing its declining birth rate trend with reasonable financial incentives and tax breaks, which will likely lead in the longer term to a culture change where raising larger families is seen as 'cool' and 'aspirational' (and also as a patriotic way to save a nation's heritage from what globalist leaders wish to impose on countries). Right now, it seems people are caught in a neoliberal trap where they want the best for their children and feel they can only financially accomplish this by having fewer children- so Hungary's financial incentives make sense.

You guys never answer anything and I'll probably get a quicker and better answer from Grok but here goes, it's a question that's been bugging me: Seems to me the Romanovs overdid the imperial conquests and went well beyond their need for strategic depth in the Far East, where they had a basically non-aggressive neighbor with whom mutually beneficial relations could have been established. Meanwhile the cost of the wars worsened the plight of their enslaved peasant nation. What was behind their war drive? Was there a Russian equivalent of US Manifest Destiny or the Greek Megali Idea?

Thank you guys!! Larping as a Russian schoolteacher is made easier with two Ruskis in your ear

DMV Account.

You two have no idea how catastrophically attrited Banderist units are. They're calling crippled battalions brigades and Syrsky is treating them like actual brigades. Real Steiner Group stuff. That Azov "army corps" that just showed up in Zoltyi Kolodyaz and was promptly met with a shower of Rubicon drones, never to be heard from again. It's like they never existed if it weren't for the fortifications they abandoned in Serbyansky forest (Russian now) and the vehicle junkyard they left north of Dobropilye.
