For those that were keen to give it a try, you can find the rudimentary RazeXR launcher on the patreon downloads page above. Further more, there's a small patch (0.2.3) for RazeXR as I discovered it would crash when you save your game in Shadow Warrior.
To use the launcher
Install it on your Quest or Pico.. like any other sideloaded app.
It doesn't do anything fancy like auto detect what games you have, it is literally just a bunch of buttons and they each modify the commandline.txt file and then start RazeXR, so if you don't have a given game installed, it will probably just run Duke Nukem 3D.
The way I set it up is to simply copy each game's assets to its own sub-folder under the RazeXR folder, so you might have:

The actual names of the folders doesn't matter as Raze will scan for the gamegrp file in the command line, so you can call them whatever you like, it should work.
If you want to use the Duke DLCs (like "Life's a Beach", the button for that says "Duke Vacation" I think) then I put them in the same folder as the other Duke assets.
Hopefully this is enough for everyone to get going with it, any serious issues just drop a reply. Whilst this is largely provided without "support" and probably won't see any further updates (it's just a utility I used for testing really), it is quite helpful and until there's a proper nice launcher, this will hopefully fill the gap.
Slightly off-topic: hopefully some more progress on JKQuest Academy to post soon.

PS. Don't forget to update RazeXR if you intend to play Shadow Warrior and save your game!
