Hookers are people to. They fall in love and have emotions same as your eye. Just because they chosen a path that you would not choose does not make them any less human. Also is it just me or did that older man kind of look like you could be related to him.

And just because ... who wants a relationship with someone who sells his own body? It's not important why Naoru doing this (if he have some really bad/sad reasons) or if he thinks about this like "normal job" because for Hio is this "work" disgusting (and it's really normal if he thinks this). Hiori doesn't need anything to talk about. On the contrary, Naoru should be aware of what he wants and will either find a normal job or stop poisoning Hiroshi.
