They do all work upon release, even the Beta models. The FAQ literally only needs to be read once, since all the models are using the same UI, same rig, same shared textures and all. Be glad there is a FAQ, and only one at that. If you feel the need to read it every time you use one of the models, then maybe blender is a tat too high of a fetch for you.

2023-12-03 19:30:15 +0000 UTCNo it doesn't. Am I missing a joke here ? It's the second time you bring up the FAQ out of context and it's becoming annoying to see those empty statements. You should say what you really mean next time. The FAQ avoids answering the same question a 100 times, and it helps patrons solve common issues/misunderstanding they may have. It has nothing to do with seeing model releases at all.
