Hello, amazing Patreon supporters!

I hope you're all doing great! I want to keep you in the loop about what's going on behind the scenes. I've been pouring every ounce of my free time into developing a new chapter for the game, and I’m thrilled to share some exciting updates with you!

First off, let's talk about the game’s main menu – it’s gotten a much-needed facelift! I believe the new design is sleek and visually appealing, and I hope you'll love it as much as I do. (see examples in the images)

Now, let’s dive into a major overhaul – the revamped Relationship System! Instead of using simple variables as we did before, the game will now employ relationship points. There are three categories to keep an eye on:
-Love
-Friendship
-Passion
Your choices in dialogues and situations will now have a more significant impact, giving you greater control over the story. Please note that with these changes, old saves will not be compatible, so you’ll need to start a new game.

Additionally, I’ve integrated a handy Notebook feature! At any point in the game, you can open the notebook to check your relationship points with different characters. Plus, each character's page contains the protagonist’s current thoughts about them. These thoughts will evolve as the game progresses (see examples in the images). Now for those who enjoy it, there's an extra layer of depth available.

Another possibility in the pipeline (if i will have enough time) is the option to choose your narrative style. I personally adore weaving an intricate tapestry with detailed descriptions, but I’ve received feedback that some of you prefer a more dialogue-focused and concise approach. So, I'm thinking of incorporating a choice at the start of the game where you can pick your preferred narrative style: detailed or primarily dialogue-driven.

Now, onto the release date. From June 24th, 2023, I will be on a two-week break from my day job. That gives me about 16 uninterrupted days to focus solely on the game. The update is tentatively scheduled to go live between July 3rd and 9th. As of now, 80% of the rendering is complete, so most of the work ahead involves game tuning, design, text revision, and so on.
