An experiment to mate Mana, a Japanese black cow, with a young male. The mating scene was live-streamed and Mana's reproductive organs were shown to hundreds of males while encouraging them to ejaculate and collect semen for artificial insemination. At the same time, Mana is directly shown the reproductive act being performed on her body while being watched by the males through a monitor, and experiments are conducted to see if estrus and ovulation can be stimulated.

Mana seems nervous because it is her first time mating. Once the male inserts himself into the manna's genitalia and mating begins, the tension will dissipate after a while.
