This new dragon has big 'One Who Waits' energy. I kind of hope for maximum instant karma he ends up getting zapped into a kobold for it. Mistress' actions are still morally dubious at best, but can somewhat be explained by only targeting thieves and looters (and then treating them surprisingly well most of the time).
