Oh I love that idea about the lack of insurance! Maybe anyone who shrinks and doesn't have it, is no longer regarded as a proper patient, as there are separate hospitals for tinies

Lisandra as a nurse is like the ultimate switcheroo.
I can see the scenarios of her putting up the false nice act only to turn around and really "take care" of them if they should happen to shrink while there. OR have that be some kind of way of making them better by squishing them so they come back to normal size later.
(bonus points if she points out to them that they dont have insurance so whats the point in keeping them around)
Even better if one of the other staff happens to contract it, then its just a cold "its company policy" (or even slight delight in taking out a co worker they dont like)
Its kind of interesting to think of it as being hospital policy for those that actually have insurance to come back, but her doing it regardless.
