Some channels do it by show (1 Patreon post per show with a link to each episode), while others post a link to every episode of every show / movie in a single post. I'm not sure how that would work for a channel with multiple tiers, though. It also sounds like a lot of editing to keep the lists current, as you'd need to edit them with a link to every new Patreon post.
