To answer your question about the compilation of the fan cam by the ultimate dodo, yes shes always there in front row at almost every concert. She's also at other popular K-pop artists concerts as well. Nobody really knows her story but she has said on Twitter in some comments that she's not associated with BTS or Hybe.
