Lakitu (WIP)
Added 2018-11-30 06:14:10 +0000 UTCI normally stray away from feather-only tickles, but I figured Lakitu would have ridiculously sensitive feet, being on the cloud all the time. =p
Sorry for the lack of activity lately, I've been jumping from project to project lately, doing stuff not drawing related. <X3
