Quest Failed - May Rewards + General Update

Hiya there, guys! Happy May~! I hope you're all doing well! The sun is really starting to come out again and I'm starting to remember what warmth once was! Mrrrrrr~!

I just wanted to make a quick post (as is tradition at this point!) to detail out rewards and when they'll be sent out, so there's no confusion! Especially since there seems to be a large influx of new patrons this month. (Hiya by the way! I hope you enjoy your stay and I thank you immensely for the support!)

Due to processed patrons being delayed in recent months, I'm going to wait until the 3rd until sending things out, just to be safe and avoid repeat waves of PMs being sent out. I feel this is the safest to handle things--but if you have any questions or concerns regarding things, please don't hesitate to get in touch!

So, potentially on the 3rd, I'll be sending out the following:

$10 tier or above - Quest Failed: Chapter One copy (Featuring the v 1.1 update!)

$15 tier or above - Full Resolution Uncompressed Art (This'll be the royal inauguration piece from earlier!)

$25 tier or above - Quest Failed: Chapter Two Alpha (Of the most recent alpha build--0.7--which was newly updated as of December with tons of content to play through!)

I'm sure the biggest question (again) is where this darn alpha 0.8 is. And believe me, I've been asking myself the same question. I seem to fall into a blackhole where an entire month vanishes in the blink of an eye and things still aren't done--and I'm getting really worried that the wait isn't going to justify the amount of content put in. I only have myself to blame for this--and will push to release alpha 0.9 this month as well! (If you can believe it)

I'm going to set myself a goal and declare that alpha 0.8 will release in two days time, on the 3rd of May. All I have to do is finish up a h-scene that's been eating my soul away, wrap up some misc events and then script everything in such as sprites, etc. If people desire it, I could also take an extra day to add in missing voice clips for some scenes that haven't had them yet as I foresee audio editing taking a touch more time on my end.

Now that I've promised an exact date, you can be sure I'll work tirelessly to achieve it! (I should probably do this more often, so I have a goal to work towards!)

We could have possibly pushed for a 2nd of May release if not for the series of power outages plaguing my town. I swear, the gods are conspiring against me! I'll need to get in touch with June and see if she can get the Goddess on my side!

After this, no breaks on my end--I'll be pushing for two more h-scenes and events to add into alpha 0.9 and push to release this on the same month to catch up with how far things have fell behind in recent months. I've already got a solid idea of the two h-scenes I want to add into that one and the preminlinary work is done for them already, so finishing them up shouldn't be hard. (Famous last words, ahhh)

Given your immense patience, I intend to backlog and honour any previous alpha pledges last month, too--so you don't feel cheated. And if by chance you were pledging for an earlier month before this while waiting for alpha 0.8 and felt you'd like the backdated copy too, please don't hesitate to get in touch and I'll honour things to try and make it all right!
