Dude! Second submission, but an actual question this time. I remember on one of your playthroughs you explicitly pointing out at Van Graffs the fact, that you can pick stuff up, take them around a corner and steal them there without aggroing anyone. This carries over to Fallout 4 as well. Lately you seem to be oblivious to the fact, but I doubt you are. Did you just decide that this is a stupid "mechanic", (which it is in my opinion too, while I keep doing it) and dub this under your "not exploiting glitches" kinda category? Did you have a career goal in mind when you chose to major in Classics, or were you just doing it because you liked the subject? I'm curious because your work with various start-ups, and now the YouTube channel, are a pretty big departure from the kinds of jobs I would expect someone with a Classics degree to be working in. When do you think Fallout 4 will slow down ? I really like Fallout but there is too much of it for me right now. No Gun was fun but now there is the Survival Mode… As someone else said i’d like it to be another « main » series other than Fallout like there was few month ago. I don’t know how you could do justice to certain big games with only 1 or 2 parts. You show us many indie tittles which is really really cool but I have the feeling you struggle to do videos about well known good games. I don’t want more videos you do plenty without even a day off in a week but 2 fallout series are enough.

Jon you utter gitt! :D j/k but since you are a fella educated in classics (which I love - e.g. totally enamored by your educational Ryse series, especially in contrast with one dumb ass "king of YT walkthrough" who kept calling Romans Spartans through his series) you totally triggered me in the otherwise great Pollen video. Luckily, since I'm a patron I can educate you on Philosophiae Doctor, and be sure you saw it. Doctor of Philosophy is PhD, the general degree. It even said on the certificate that "Doctor of Philosophy in Materials Science" had you read the small print, so no they did not send philosophers to space, Jon. ;) Not all doctors are PhD though. I myself am going for a Doctor of Science, but there basically is no difference, rather just depends on the country and institution that awarded it. In Finland I could pick and choose and I'm actually yet likely to change my mind given the prominence of PhD. In the UK it is generally PhD that is awarded! Phew, now I can sleep. Thanks Jon, keep up the good work. Kudos for the choice of New Vegas video. Ashamed to say I wasn't even aware of a Director's cut. BTW, feel free to disregard this in your patroncast; I just needed to vent. :)

A few questions (sorry if I break any rules or ask any old questions I'm quite new >.<) Firstly any plans for more play your adventure like the choose your apocalypse? Also ever heard of command and conquer? If not I highly recommend picking up Any of the older ones (command and conquer generals zero hour or and ones before that my favourite is Tiberium sun) they had boom late 90's and are definite classics that seem to have been lost post EA since the company assimilated Westwood (developers of the CnC games) I'd love to see a YouTuber revisit them. Finally since you have begun the descent into the chaos that is mods in Bethesda games can we expect a mods show case weekly (fallout 4?) in the distant (or maybe close) future? And if so would it be a weekly look at a few mods or a modded series or like Dan's modded GTA with one mod showcased entirely on its own? So, regarding Pokémon. I know it's sort of a grey area with Nintendo and whether you're allowed to do Pokémon videos. Have you spoken to any other YouTubers who specialise in Pokémon to see how they went about doing them, whether they had to get permission from Nintendo, sign up to their program etc.? A chance to die by Boomer barrage or being forced to fight in The Thorn has to be good for at least 100k views right? Are you going to play Far Harbor in Survival or No Guns? I think it'd be awesome if you dove right in to the deep end and started this new, unknown world in Survival. Have you ever heard of or played the game "Project Zomboid"? It's a brilliant little 2D isometric survival game you might like. The zombie genre is kind of overdone but it's such a realistic and brutal game to the point where you have to make sure you have fresh bandages on or you'll get infections and die. Your character even gets stressed and things like their hearing distance suffer as a result. Could make a cool mini permadeath series but I'm not sure what you're "goal" would be because when you load up the game it basically says "You are going to die" and well...you will. Didn't intend this to sound like advertising... Still, it's a great game I think deserves some spotlight.

Not really a question, just a comment, that I am super blissed out about your JSawyer run. I love all your New Vegas stuff and this one seems like it will be a little more laid-back than the YOLO runs (which I equally loved, however) and full of interesting lore and commentary and whatnot. Oh, OK, I do have an anecdote about my time at the Embassy. When I was in 6th grade (age 11 or so) my class visited Washington DC and we got to go to the Saudi Arabian embassy. Their metal detector was set so high that it detected the thin wires inside my plastic-frame glasses, and detected the foil gum wrapper inside my friend's pocket. Those guys do not mess around.

Hello Jon. It seems you quite like Democracy 3, and Democracy 3: Africa recently came out. It's very similar to vanilla game and is basically an expansion rather than a new entry, although it's much harder than Democracy 3. Maybe you could have a look at it next time you're in the mood for political jokes and being assassinated by radical feminists. Also, congratulations on Choose Your Own Apocalypse and a question: what is the hardest part of the new survival to adjust to? I'd guess saving on sleeping is the hardest part, but I mean something that slips your mind to come back and bite you, and saving on sleeping seems pretty hard to forget.

I fell out of gaming years ago (last console I played properly was my gamecube and that was from launch when I was 14.
