January 2019 Patroncast Submissions - Now Closed
Added 2019-01-28 03:00:56 +0000 UTCHello!
So we've pretty much made it through January, and that means it's time for the January 2019 Patroncast!
Just in case you're new, this is where you get to ask questions, suggest topics, or try to calculate how many hours per day Tabby spends asleep (I think it's about 23), and all of that ends up in a big podcast, to be released in about a week.
So ask away, and I'll update this post when the Patroncast is recorded, so as long as there isn't an edit below saying that, everything should be good :)
EDIT: The Patroncast has now been recorded, so any further questions cannot be included.
All the best,
Jon

That's Honorius's sister Galla Placidia, obviously

2019-02-02 06:03:52 +0000 UTCHi, Jon. I've got a question and a game recommendation for you. First, a Roman history speculative question. As you know, Athaulf the Visigoth married Honorius's Galla Placidia, and they had a son, Theodosius, who died in infancy. Had he lived, and had Athaulf not been assassinated a few years later by a rival, do you think that we could have seen a Romano-Visigothic line of emperors that would have preserved the Western Empire for longer, or do you think it was too far gone at that point? , Also, have you ever played King Arthur? It was published by Paradox, and was a combination RPG/Total War type game where you play as King Arthur and have to unite Britain. It seems like the sort of thing you'd find interesting
