August 2019 Patroncast Submissions - Now Closed

It's the end of August, and the heatwave is back again, so please help to distract me from the fact I'm slowly melting by playing your part in this month's Patroncast.
Just in case you're new, this is where you get to ask questions, suggest topics, or provide your best rain dance tips so we can finally defeat the sun once and for all.
So ask away, and I'll update this post when the Patroncast is recorded, so as long as there isn't an edit below saying that, everything should be good :)
EDIT: The Patroncast has now been recorded, so any further questions sadly cannot be included. It should be out this coming weekend.
