You guys weren't joking when you said the second team (Team Kim Seokjin with RM & Jimin) would be even more chaotic!๐คฃ
Everything was going perfect until the double salt.. Now familia who should we blame for the double salt ??? We think Production team should also hike Achasan Mountain. (but now that we think about it they are probably forced to go bc they have to film Yoongi, Namjoon, and Jimin.)
We absolutely loved this concept of Kitchen telephone and we can't wait to see its comeback in the future Run ep. (122 & 123) If this was chaotic we can't imagine what that's going to be like.... ๐๐๐

Thanks for bringing back my smile/laugh with your reaction. not just the reactions but even the short acting in the beginning made me laughed. So creative! Many thanks for claming my nerves after a long day :) QOTD: there are so many delicious dishes! but now that I think about it Ganjang Gejang (Soy Sauce-Marinated Crabs) i had in Korea is the best one I had! sadly even there are plenty of Korean restaurants in Australia, none of them make this dish which makes it even more special & memorable. This avatar cook idea is so much fun! Namjoon & Jimin are so interesting to watch, Jimin trying to speak informal like he's the hyung and giggling- super cute!Namjoon in the kitchen what can we expect? of cos its laughes XDDD he at least didn't spill or burn anything, thank god XD Suga losing his patience when these 2 not listening & mixing the sugar+salt after he reminded so many times hahahahahha

2021-04-08 05:19:00 +0000 UTC- chicken stock, in Korea, is a bottled sauce - basically, concentrated chicken stock - it's used as a flavor component for soups, you just add a bit of water to thin out the concentrated syrup - it has the consistency of a condiment - thick, but runny - when making soups, Koreans use stock as base to get a richer flavor than just water, either via the thick concentrate, or via dashidas (powdered seasoning, like powdered chicken/beef bouillon cubes), or, sometimes, even using dried anchovies/kelp to get that rich umami flavor into the broth - the reason for the edit of the bandage and cap to Namjoon - when Korean mothers discipline naughty children, they're told to stand in the corner with their hands up like that - the edit was to make him look like a naughty little boy xD - kimchi jjigae isn't difficult to make - an easy way to do it is to add well-ripened kimchi in a pot, add some sliced up tofu, some sort of pork product (stew meat or bacon or both - I use cubed up pork tenderloin and bacon), top with water until everything is submerged an inch or two - add a bit of chicken stock if you don't have dashida - cover the pot, let it come to a hard boil, reduce to simmer for 10 minutes, and serve with fresh steamed rice - often, Koreans prefer sweeter food and will add sugar to it, but I, personally, grew up with less sweet foods, and I prefer my kimchi jjigae unsweetened - Yoongi likes to add onion and sugar to his kimchi jjigae, but those make it way too sweet for me - he also adds minced garlic, and, if you prefer it spicier, you can add red pepper flakes to it as well - if you made only enough for one meal, you could also add block of ramen to cook in the soup, and have kimchi ramen, which is also tasty as hell - to make jeon, it's equal parts flour and water, a dash of equal parts salt and sugar - the batter will be about the same as pancake batter, but a little bit more runny, and just not sweet and fluffy - you can add whatever veggies/meats/seafoods you want into the batter, pour some into a well-oiled pan, and fry

They told them from the beginning there would be no names so they would have to taste each ingredient first to add to the high pressure situation and either way there will be staff taking them to the mountains so really staff always loses ๐
