I'm very late to this and you may already know now since watching, but I still wanted to point out that Pai didn't ask for a copy of Sky's apartment key. What he asked for was a security pass to get in through the ground level door so that Sky doesn't have to come down to let him in when the office is closed. Joy scanned him into the building right after he asked for the copy or else Sky would have had to come down to let him in then.

2022-11-04 02:42:38 +0000 UTCI don’t either, but I think that maybe if Sky confronts his ex with P’Pai as back up, maybe he can finally be free and not have the horrible nightmares that he’s been having. That’s my theory anyway. Though since P’Pai has come into his life, it seems like he doesn’t have the nightmares anymore, or at least less frequently. But we shall see I guess.
