NorthhSZN

one of the most haunting events possible

NorthhSZN

Not exactly the same, but Shogun is a great historical fiction show you guys might enjoy.

Brieanne

DUNKIRK, PLEASE ! (movie), audio, cinema, acting, Masterpiece Movie about a crucial moment in WW2, i don t want to give u any spoilers, TRUE STORY, hi from Romania, love you guys u r the best with ur bbal analogies !!

Flavio Stoian

did u find out?

revolves.round.AVA

It’s a tough movie, but if you haven’t seen it, Schindler’s List is a must movie to see about the Holocaust.

Brieanne

After Lithuania left Soviets and joined EU in 2004, Ignalina that was mentioned in show several times, was shut down because of same risks as Chernobyl.

Gabi

Loved this!! I would also love to see y’all react to similar stuff in the future 🙌🏻

Sarah Summer

Please watch “The Lives of Others”…especially if you’re interested in learning more about life behind the iron curtain. (East Germany specifically). It’s a fantastic movie. There are subtitles so be ready but it’s totally worth the effort to watch. Won the Oscar for best foreign film. Love your reactions.

Angela

imma gonhead and throw in thirteen lives amazon prime dropped it a few years ago and the movie’s based on a crazy true story

jasmin

This whole series is so well done but this final episode just hits so hard. The conversation between Valery and Boris and that final line “what is the cost of lies?”

Nicol

American prime evil it based off the massacre the Mormons did to the settlers and natives

Oscar Perez

Another great historical hbo series would be Rome, especially since addison and bran already watched gladiator. amazing show with GOT level writing.

Oba Tuareg

Loved that you watched this Comrades 🙌🏽

Lorena_Trigcity

Not sure but in communist USSR walking out of your assigned job would mean prison

Ragadon

Thank you for crediting me lads I really appreciate it 💙

Blue Rankin

Looks good 🤝

Blue Rankin

The great TWD Drought of 2025

Crazy Taco

Loving the reactions but I hope we can get atleast 1-2 BB episodes next week and a marvel movie. Trying not to ask for too much tho

KING Guyton

I admit, I cried at the end of this one. You might check out John Adams - it's another HBO historical drama and I learned a lot about the revolutionary war period from watching it. The acting and writing is incredibly good, like this one.

Sara Daugette

I found it interesting that there has been so little reported about the drone strike on the containment structure and the damage done. Given the potential for more damage with the on going conflict in Ukraine it should really be in the news .

Tina Andrews

Keep checking the schedule when it's posted! 🤌🏻

Blue Rankin

Yous should watch masters of air if you liked this

Jess Tyrell

Hotel Rwanda and The Pianist are tough ones!

Rei Jin

God i hope next week isnt just constant walking dead but back to marvel movies and anime im aslo hopeful for even one breaking bad episode.

Danger Tomato

How many episodes did y’all do on discord

Deolinda Da silva

I must say, this is one of my top 3 reactions to a series from EDN. I’m a day one EDN fan, so that says a lot. Love you guys. Keep up the great work 😊

Trina Landeros

Band of Brothers. It’s about a parachute infantry unit called easy company during WWII. It’s extremely well done. I watch at least one episode every time I’m on a plane

VenikaDewan

I feel like I just saw a story about an abundance of blue dogs popping up in the exclusion zone

VenikaDewan

What is your opinion on Nuclear energy now? Do you think it's worth it as long as safety standards are met?

JSaustin95

The song that played at the end, "Vichnaya Pamyat" (or "Eternal Memory"), is a traditional Ukrainian Orthodox hymn, often sung for the deceased in funerals. Beautifully tragic way to end the series imo, highlighting the heroes and sacrifices made. So many unnamed people quite literally saved the world from disaster. Great reaction, ya'll

alternia though

Also, the part about the old lady and the cow? That was true! A few old ladies went back after forced out and lived there for many years illegally. Which I find hilarious. Not even nuclear explosions can take out gam gam. 😂🤣😂🤣

Katlyn

So people do go there today, but you have to have a permit, wear a funny outfit and carry one of those devices that measures radiation. Look into it! The animals that live in the exclusion zone have adapted to the radiation ASTONISHINGLY well. To the degree that the wolves/dogs there now are almost immune to cancer! Crazy work!

Katlyn

You might enjoy American Crime Story. Season 1 is about the OJ Simpson trial

Chrissy C

Scientists are studying the area! I'm grateful y'all didn't grow up in the cold war. Comrade should mean what you think it is, but I associate it with the Soviets. You started the reactions while I was reading the Department of Energy and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's reports on Chernobyl & the RBMK reactor design. Rewatching it with you has hit me much differently. Also, studying Chernobyl is helping me understand the nuclear industry and how it operates. Safety Culture is part of aerospace industry too, but the nuclear industry it's more intense. I get it now. For the record, the cold war sucked. The sirens for early alert tests and the movie The Day After terrified me. There was a period I'd go to bed wondering if the Soviets were going to nuke us. UGH

Rindamarie

The movie Lords of Dogtown is based on real life events. Its about the rise of skateboard culture in California in the 70's. very enjoyable movie.

Corey Chaves

Adison watch the movie Serpico. its based on a true story. Its set in the 70's and Al Pacino plays Frank Serpico, an NYPD officer who finds himself in a world of corruption and chaos. I dont want to spoil anything so ill stop with that but trust me you guys will love the movie.

Corey Chaves

Thank you for such a great reaction! I would not have watched this on my own and I’m glad I did.

VictoriaM

I enjoyed this a lot. in terms of recommendation for something based on true events Band of brothers, The Pianist,Memories of Murder,Miracle in Cell No. 7.

Segichi

I really enjoyed watching this with you both as a first time watcher myself. Glad to see Osafa got some much-needed sleep after last episode😂... I'd suggest Schindler's list, Hotel Rwanda and The Pianist. All very powerful, educational, and deeply moving films that will stay with you.

Stowaway
