Added 2025-04-05 15:28:13 +0000 UTCDwarven cousins at each others throats. Carmine is the elder and takes Bevel as their apprentice. In dwarven culture, communal bathing, washing, etc strengthens bonds and typically a way to get the latest gossip. Elders usually braid/tend to their wardโs hair, so Carmine ignoring Bevel mostly he takes personally ๐ like why wonโt mom treat me nicely. They also tend to use bathtime as plotting time, or when bevel can roll Carmine in for a wash up cause sheโs married to the forge and dirty.
Obvi they love/hate each other and want each other to suceeed (or fail depending if itโs funny) so Carmine does try to help Bevel out with romantic advice (she has no experience and suffers romantically) and is a bit crass for Bevels sake. Bevel is a p traditional romantic knight type, Carmine isโฆ herself.
Bevel eventually does meet a princess (or at least she is a princess to him) and I still have to design her. Carmine has someone whoโs been interested in her for a long time and sheโs oblivious.
