Alyn's Supervisor

It's a young guy, probably about 25, and Alyn is his first solo case. He got assigned to Alyn because no one with seniority wanted to take his case.
He's newly married and he's really passionate about his job. His ability is literally just functioning on like, 4 hours of sleep. He's half-Japanese. Here is a picture!
